The platform provides digital task-based earning opportunities and participation in eCommerce and advertising-related activities. Earnings depend on subscription level and operational performance.

3. Deposits and Capital Policy

All deposits are voluntary capital contributions used for platform activities.

Deposited funds are strictly non-refundable.

Deposited capital cannot be withdrawn. Only eligible earnings generated under platform rules may be withdrawn.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals apply solely to earnings and are subject to minimum limits, transaction fees, and compliance verification. The platform reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of fraud or policy violations.

5. Risk Disclosure

Participation involves business and market risk. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on operational performance.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Misuse, fraud, or multiple account abuse may result in termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under OHADA principles, the platform shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of services.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the OHADA Uniform Acts and applicable national laws.
